Returns Policy
We have a 30 day money back guarantee on contacts lenses purchased from ContactsNZ.
- We will accept return of goods that are unopened and in their original condition and will provide a full refund, excl shipping fees.
- Any contact lenses returned for credit must be those originally purchased from ContactsNZ. The customer is responsible for any return postage unless it was an error by ContactsNZ.
- Please ensure contact lenses are returned in suitable packaging i.e. the packaging they were delivered to you in – please don’t return in envelopes.
- To ensure a smooth process please fill out one of our Returns Form and include with the contacts lenses being returned.
- Once we have received your returned contact lenses and have determined them to be in saleable condition we will send you your replacement stock or issue you a credit.
Exchange
We are also happy to exchange contact lenses purchased from ContactsNZ if your prescription changes, so long as they are still within their expiry date and in original, unopened saleable condition as supplied to you.
We are unable to accept return of any contact lenses if the packaging has been opened or contact lenses have been used (excludes defective lenses).
Defective Lenses
If you for any reason believe you have a faulty or defective lens please remove the contact lens and contact us immediately. Any defective lenses will be returned to the manufacturer for assessment, if they agree there is a fault replacement lenses will be sent to you free of charge.
