Our terms and conditions are as follows
- Customers who place orders with ContactsNZ must have a valid prescription from their Optometrist
- Contact lens orders placed by the customer must be of the same specifications as those prescribed by their Optometrist.
- ContactsNZ accept no responsibility if contact lenses are unsuitable and reserve the right to refuse purchase if we believe they are not those prescribed by an Optometrist, or may put you at some risk.
- Customers agree to accept shipment of product ordered on line with ContactsNZ
- Customers agree to pay by the credit card option as selected on the online order form and accept responsibility for the charges made on the selected credit card.
- Customers who register with ContactsNZ give their permission for ContactsNZ to request a copy of their prescription from their optometrist.
- Customers take full responsibility for the health of their eyes and will contact their health professional if they believe the health of their eyes may be at risk.
